It’s very simple to make your own private server for coc, what you need is Applocale xe build After that download, the font pack and put it in the “client” folder then change as shown in this image (thanks to rowdy live).
Now follow these steps to make the game work:
Create a shortcut of “client.exe” and go to properties, in this screen change the “Target” field like shown in this image (don’t forget to check the box “run as administrator”).
After you’ve done this double click on your shortcut, it will load up the game but with another language.
Navigate to your “client” folder and search for the file called locale_en_us, now copy this file and paste it in the Locale-ja folder (rename it as locale_en_us) then go back to the game’s shortcut properties and change locale to Japanese (“jp”), after you’ve done this go to the game, it should load up but with Japanese text.
Now if you want to make it full Japanese download this file and put it in your “res_m” folder (create the res_m folder), now if everything went well you are ready!
You can synchronize with some JP server or play on your own server, you can change accounts by putting character names in the following format: <accountname>#<password>.
You can put your character names in the one account you can have “max 9 characters” and your password is limited to “12 bytes maximum”. This tutorial was written using apple. eu , it’s almost the same for all private servers, try not to do anything without asking someone else first or reading a tutorial about it!
How to Make a Coc Private Server
How to Make a Coc Private Server is the question often asked by everyone who ever played this game. I will show you how to make your own COC private server in this tutorial. Of course, there are different ways of doing it, but I use Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 Version 2015 for this tutorial, so I’ll base it on the same operating system.
What you will need is :
-an Apple computer with Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 Version 2015 installed in it-a working COC server version 1.9.0 installed in a virtual machine (I use VirtualBox for this tutorial) [In case you don’t know how to install a server inside VirtualBox, I will write the step-by-step installation of it]
What you should know:
-You can use either Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 Version 2015 or higher for this tutorial (but I would prefer the latest version) -The tools needed for making private servers are available in the App Store, so you don’t have to install anything (of course there is a way of installing them manually through the terminal, but I assume people using Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 Version 2015 will be lazy enough not to do that)
- Download COC server version 1.9.0 inside the virtual machine
(Just in case you are new to this, enter inside your virtual machine and go to google search)
- Open terminal and type :
sudo su enter your password (the one you use on your Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 Version 2015) if prompted
type the command again:
